Response Regarding DMCA / Copyright Concern

I am the owner of the website DesiWood. I am writing this message personally to explain my situation clearly and honestly.

I do not run this website out of passion or enjoyment. I come from a very poor family background, and I have to pay my college fees. Because of this financial difficulty, I collect videos that are already available publicly on the internet and display them on my website.

I would like to clearly state that I do not host any videos on my own server. All videos available on my site are hosted on third-party servers. I only find publicly available URLs and embed or play them on my website. I do not store or upload any content myself.

If any copyright owner has a problem with any content shown on my site, I kindly request them to please message me or leave a comment with the specific link of the reported video. I give my full assurance that I will remove the reported content immediately.

Please understand that I also have certain personal difficulties due to which I am doing this work. Once my studies are completed, I will permanently shut down the website.
